1. Purpose of Processing

  • To review and respond to product inquiries, demo requests, partnerships, investment, and business collaboration requests
  • To provide product or technical materials for Air Glove Atlas, Spine, and related services, coordinate meetings, and continue follow-up communication
  • To operate the website, check errors, prevent security incidents, and detect abnormal use
  • To comply with applicable laws and retain records where necessary for dispute handling

2. Information We Collect and How We Collect It

  • Required information: name, email address, inquiry message, and consent to the collection and use of personal information
  • Optional information: organization or company name, phone number, inquiry type, and any information voluntarily included in the message
  • Automatically generated information: access date and time, IP address, browser and device information, usage records, error logs, and other technical data required for website operation
  • Collection methods: website contact form, email, phone, meetings, and information automatically generated during website use

3. Retention Period

  • Inquiry and consultation records are retained for three years from completion of the inquiry, then deleted without delay. If a long-term partnership or contract discussion continues, the records may be retained until the relationship ends.
  • Technical data such as access logs is retained only as needed for security and troubleshooting and is generally deleted within three months from collection.
  • Where retention is required by applicable law, information is retained for the period required by that law.
  • If a user requests deletion, we will act without delay except where retention is required by law.

4. Third-Party Disclosure

  • We process personal information only within the purposes described in this policy and do not disclose it to third parties without prior consent.
  • Exceptions may apply when required by law, when there is a lawful request from an authority, or when necessary to protect a user's life, body, or property.

  • These service providers may be located outside Korea, and personal information may be transferred or stored as necessary for inquiry handling and website operation. We take reasonable steps to ensure that service providers process personal information securely.

6. Deletion of Personal Information

  • When the retention period expires or the processing purpose is achieved, personal information is deleted without delay after an internal review process.
  • Electronic files are deleted in a manner that makes recovery or reproduction difficult, and paper documents are shredded or destroyed by equivalent means.
  • Information that must be retained under applicable law is stored separately for the required period and then deleted.

7. User Rights

  • Users may request access, correction, deletion, suspension of processing, or withdrawal of consent regarding their personal information.
  • Requests may be submitted by email or phone, and we will take action without delay after verifying the requester as required by applicable law.
  • We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 14. If we become aware that such information has been collected, we will delete it without delay.

  • We limit access to personal information to personnel who need it for business purposes and review access permissions periodically.
  • We use secure connections for website and server communications and apply technical safeguards such as access control and error or security log review.
  • We inform personnel who handle personal information of their privacy obligations and minimize unnecessary retention of personal information.

  • The website currently does not operate tracking cookies or behavior-based advertising tools for personalized advertising.
  • When external services such as map viewing are loaded, the privacy policy of the external service provider may apply.
  • Users may refuse or delete cookies through browser settings, although some external service features may be limited.
